Aloha!
In 1991, after a successful career with Pacific Bell in the San Francisco Bay Area, I relocated to Hawaii Island. In my early years in Hawaii, I helped introduce the cellphone industry to Hawaii working for US Cellular as a business rep. Later, after serving on the Chamber Board of Directors for eight years, I became the Executive Director of the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce.
Real estate called to me in 2006. In addition to general Real Estate, I worked in development sales helping to sell out the Lokahi Makai and SeaScape communities in North Kona. In 2010, I transitioned to Clark Realty, helping to sell out Phase I of Wainani Estates. In 2020 Coldwell Banker Island Properties acquired Clark Realty where I currently work.
Along with growing in my real estate career, I sold solar (PV, SHW) solutions off and on for over 22 years. In 2016 and 2017 I worked on temporary assignment at the County of Hawaii Department of Research and Development and continue to merge my County of Hawaii knowledge and interest in “green” living into my real estate practice.
I am a member of the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce, Destination Kona Coast, Kona Historical Society, ACF Kona-Kohala Chefs Association, Keahole Center for Sustainability Board of Directors and the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors®, I am a graduate of “Ulumau,” the Hawaii Island Leadership Series. Whether buying, selling or relocating, allow me to assist you in your real estate needs.
Mahalo!
